Vulnerability in the website of COLOMBIA NATIONAL POLICE

Yesterday I had to write this post aver that hung just thinking about the crab inmotarlidad good start yesterday but I came across a vulnerability in the web site COLOMBIA NATIONAL POLICE. where they can gain access to the entire database ORACLE error a small application which simply gave me access to all the data without asking for user and password or even much allowed me to create a user for the connection to it

when I first started in to think but what the hell is all this then it proceeded to dig and dig till find information about login details to proceed with the usual access, upload the SHELPHP, etc
